These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of CoreLaunch, a software boilerplate product (including source code, documentation, and related materials) offered as a one-time purchase of digital goods. By purchasing or using CoreLaunch, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement & eligibility
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you use CoreLaunch on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Product provided "as is"
CoreLaunch is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for evaluating whether CoreLaunch meets your needs before purchase.
3. License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, CoreLaunch grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CoreLaunch materials for your own internal business purposes and to build derivative applications.
- Unlimited projects: You may use the licensed materials to build and operate an unlimited number of your own projects (personal or commercial), for yourself or for clients you deliver work to, as part of a broader service or product.
- No resale of the boilerplate: You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make the CoreLaunch boilerplate or its source code available as a standalone boilerplate, template, or competing product (whether modified or unmodified). You may not use CoreLaunch to create a product whose primary value is reselling or distributing the same boilerplate structure to third parties as a template marketplace item or equivalent.
- Attribution: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are not required to display public attribution; however, you may not remove legal notices or license files where required by applicable third-party licenses included in the codebase.
4. Intellectual property
CoreLaunch and its branding, documentation, and original materials remain the property of the CoreLaunch licensor. Your license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Third-party components included in the product may be subject to their own licenses, which you must comply with separately.
5. Payments
Fees are charged as described at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g. Lemon Squeezy, Stripe). You agree to their applicable terms and privacy policies for payment processing.
6. Refund policy (digital goods)
CoreLaunch is delivered as digital goods (software and documentation). Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final except where required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of technical skill, or incompatibility with your environment after access to the materials has been granted. If you believe you have a qualifying legal right to a refund in your jurisdiction, contact us at the email below.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CoreLaunch in violation of law, to infringe others' rights, or to build unlawful products. You are responsible for your deployments, data, and compliance (including GDPR, export controls, and industry rules) in your own applications.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreLaunch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for CoreLaunch in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
